Arrive Delhi
upon your arrival at Delhi Airport, meet & Greet with Swadeshi’s Journeys representative and after a warm welcome transfer to your hotel. Day free for leisure / if time permit we will visit the Half day old Delhi Sightseeing tour. And evening free for leisure & overnight in Hotel.

🔸 Day 2 – 29.12

Delhi – Orchha ( By Train )
Morning after breakfast catch a train to Orchha, on arrival transfer to your hotel and later visit the sightseeing tour of Orchha visit Orchha Fort and other temples, evening Yoga class & overnight in Hotel.  

🔸 Day 3 – 30.12

Orchha – Khajuraho 

Morning after breakfast drive towards Khajuraho , on arrival check in and after lunch visit the Eastern & Western Group of Temple’s.  return back to a hotel for Yoga class and dinner & Overnight stay at the hotel.

🔸 Day 4 – 31.12

Khajuraho – Varanasi ( by Fly ) ETD 1430hrs & ETA 1525hrs.
Morning Day free for Yoga and after breakfast catch the flight to Varanasi, on arrival transfer at your Varanasi hotel, check in & later evening enjoy the AARTI ceremony at the Ganges, ( one of the most spiritual aarti that every single Hindus want to experience once during their lifespan ) Evening back to Hotel, Dinner & Overnight in Hotel.

🔸 Day 5 – 01.01

Varanasi 
Early morning wake up at 06am for Sunrise boat ride at the Ganges, 

Early in the morning, we will go again to the Ganges River to observe (from the boat) the Hindu believers starting their day bathing in the river. For each Hindu, it is an essential activity symbolizing the greeting of the sun as it rises above the holy river of the Gods. Enjoy a boat ride this morning to see the contrasts of life on the river. Along the banks, you’ll see pilgrims and locals washing, socializing, and praying. You will most likely also see riverside cremations taking place. 

After exploring the sunrise boat ride transfer to hotel for breakfast & leisure later visit the Bharat Mata Temple, and Golden Temple , and also visit the narrow streets of Varanasi by walking and

Later excursion to Sarnath (9 km) an important pilgrimage center for Buddhists. This is where the Buddha preached his first sermon

🔸 Day 6 – 02.01

Varanasi – Rishikesh (with Fly)
Morning yoga class at hotel and then transfer to airport as per flight timings to take flight to Rishikesh with a stopover at Delhi airport, on arrival at Dehradun airport, transfer to Rishikesh and overnight stay at Ashram,

🔸 Day 7 – 03.01

Rishikesh – Ashram Sty

Set against the backdrop of the Himalayas and with the pristine Ganga flowing through it, the ancient town of Rishikesh is one of the major tourist and pilgrimage hubs in northern India, where people from across the world arrive in search of peace.
Rishikesh is commonly referred to as the ‘yoga capital of the world’ and rightly so. The destination is abuzz with visitors, who come here to learn yoga and meditation. Rishikesh has numerous ashrams, some of which are internationally recognised as centres of philosophical studies, yoga and other ancient Indian traditions of wellness.
 There are several legends associated with Rishikesh. It is said Rishikesh finds a mention in the ancient text Skanda Purana, and in the epic Ramayana. It is said Lord Rama, along with his brothers, came to Rishikesh to do penance after killing Ravana.

Rishikesh is also known for its connection with The Beatles. In February 1968, members of the legendary English rock band visited Maharishi Mahesh Yogi’s ashram (now popularly known as the Beatles Ashram) to learn transcendental meditation. The band composed nearly 48 songs during their time at the Maharishi’s ashram, many of which appear on the White Album (and a few from Abbey Road). John Lennon recorded a song titled, ‘The Happy Rishikesh Song’ after his visit. Several other international artists, including Mike Love of the Beach Boys, Paul Horn, Donovan and Gyp Mills, visited the site to contemplate and meditate.

Rishikesh – Delhi 
Morning after breakfast straight drive towards Delhi, on arrival transfer to your hotel. If time permit we will visit the Half Day sightseeing tour of New Delhi, tour end with the Fairwell Dinner & overnight in hotel.

🔸 Day 10 – 06.01

Departure  Day
Morning after breakfast transfer to Airport as per flight timing to catch the flight for onward destination.

Upon booking we will tell you if there is already a person available to share the room, or if you are in the waiting list. In general our group always sells out very fast and we are able to accomodate everybody in the accommodation of their choice, but please note that if we cannot find someone to share the room with you, you might have to pay for the single room upgrade.

• A second tranche (400 euros) needs to be paid by the 15th of June 
• A third tranche (585 euros) needs to be paid by the 15th of August. 
• The last tranche (495 euros) needs to be paid by the 15th of October.
